lumberjack comfort...

The last few days I have been just kicking back... I have been so busy the past few weeks that I am just enjoying doing nothing for a little while. Thankfully the boyfriend is finished too so we are spending our days going for drives, playing computer games and eating comfort food. I have to say I wish I had this shirt a few weeks ago... It is so very comfortable, would have been perfect for those late nights in the college. Staying in college til 11pm is just unreasonable! Nevertheless I have a little inkling that this shirt will become a summer staple.

My father has been going around singer the infamous Lumberjack Song from Monty Python ever since he saw me in it. I think that means he likes it.

Shirt: Dunnes
Maxi skirt: Warehouse
Converse: Littlewoods

back to the start...

As you may have already known I finished college last week. Not just for the summer but for good. I'll miss it and my awesome classmates but I am so excited about what comes next. One of my friends said she was nervous because it was the first time in her life when nothing was decided. This, of course, scares me too but I am so happy to have this chance. I am positive about my future, I am fully aware it is gonna be difficult and terrifying at times but that's living right?

I have both long term and short term goals...

long term

Get a job
Get an apartment
Make FELT an actual magazine (should I bother?)

short term
Dress cooler (Sex and the City always does this to me!)
Do something with my hair
Put more time into my blog
Keep up the running

I am aware these may not be big deal goals to some people but they are to me... Any other just finished people out there with the same big butterflies in their stomach?

felt...

So I'm back!

And I am delighted to be! It has been a seriously hectic few weeks but I am so glad to say that I managed it... I made a magazine for my end of year graduate exhibition. Felt Fashion Journal is my baby! For the exhibition I actually made the magazine but unfortunately there is only one copy and I really really wanted to share it with you guys so I thought I would create a digital copy.

I seriously would like to thank everyone who helped me. My brilliant journalists Sarah Waldron, Catherine Carr and Sinead Kelly. My absolutely beautiful models Margaret Urbanowicz and Emma Kilduff. And my painfully patient costume supervisor Christina Byrne.  I could not do it without you!

I hope you all enjoy it! Just follow the link

over there...

Hey guys... I am still working hard on my final year show! Working nine to nine everyday (which is probably less than some people but it's killing me. So sleepy... Thank God it's nearly over. Anyway just thought I'd share a guest post I did on RTE's Two Tube about summer accessories. Sure take a gander and see what you think.

Ok back to work now :(

Apologies...

Apologies for the severe lack of posting... Last few weeks of college ever and this girl has got a lot of work to do! I just cannot find the time to sit down and write a decent post so until these hectic few weeks are over I may be away from the blog. If I find the time I will indeed put up a post and I really want to do a post on our exhibition, so hopefully I can get that done at least!

Until then my dears xx
